Holiday Home Too Close for Comfort

This client was looking for their holiday home, and had wanted both a sea change and tree change in this ONE property.

This property ticked most boxes and was shortlisted for an on-site inspection.

Inspection day came, and within 5 minutes of inspection, we walked out. While this was nicely presented, the bush was too close for comfort. We knew this property has a Bush Fire Overlay (BMO) on it. And it is inevitable to have the BMO overlay on such properties, due to their proximity to nature reserves, but this was too close for comfort.

There were signs of a recent bush fire nearby.

It's back to the drawing board and the next property.
