This is our best-priced full service property buying service. 
This low upfront fee plan is tailored for the hands-on property buyers who loved to get their hands dirty with the inspections, organising the post purchase due diligence, but want the confidence of buying with an independent advisor and professional negotiation and offer packaging.
Our buyers advocates will shortlist your properties from publicly listed sources, guiding you throughout your purchase journey for up to 3 properties, till you buy, or up to 3 months, whichever comes first.

 

Bonus: For First home buyers, receive up to 3 additional months of support free!  That's 6 months of support or up to 3 properties whichever comes first.

Our most popular one-stop home and investment property buying Concierge service. 
 

Fees: from $13,000 + GST

This is our most popular and most complete property buying service for the busy property buyer.
Our all inclusive property buying concierge service will search, negotiation and bid at auctions, till you buy.  This one-stop service finds your property from public and off-market lists.  We search, negotiate and bid on your behalf.  We'll also collect the keys for your homes, and organise property managers to manage the leasing of your investment properties.
All you need is to tell us what you want, and we'll do the rest.  Just sit back and relax.

For buyers looking for exclusivity.  Off market properties are our focus.

This is our complete property buying service, focusing on premium or exclusive properties.

This all inclusive property buying concierge service will assist with your exclusive property search, negotiation and/or bid, till you buy. 

This one-stop service finds your property from exclusive, off-market and public sources.  We will search, buy and collect the keys, and organise property managers to look after your investment properties.
