Melbourne Housing Market March 2019 Update

Latest update from indicates that the rate of decline in the Melbourne Housing Market has slowed.


Is this a first indicator that the decline is bottoming? It might be too early to tell. With this decline, Melbourne prices has dialed back to 2016 levels.


Should you keep waiting? Given that we are starting to get more interests from investors, I wouldn't want to wait too long.
