A recent report from QBE finds that while major metropolitan cities in the Eastern Seabord of Australia has taken a tumble in the last 1.5 years, The Hunter region and Central Coast of NSW has surprisingly bucked the trend. It has grown 7.6% per annum compared to falls of over 10% in major capital cities.
So, what makes the area attractive?

✅ Employment growth has strengthened significantly. Down to 5.6% in 2018 from 7.9% in 2015.
